Junior Brett Down (Princeville, Ill.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending March 4, 2018. Down tallied a pair of multi-hit games for the Regents last week. He began by going 2-for-4 with a double and two runs scored against Wheaton. Down then went 3-for-5 with a pair of doubles and three runs scored against Howard Payne University. For the week, Down tallied five hits including three doubles, five runs scored, a .417 batting average, a .462 on-base percentage and a .667 slugging percentage.
