Sophomore guard Trae Blumhorst (Mendota, Ill.) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending January 25, 2015. Blumhorst continued to have the hot hand for Rockford shooting 48.1% from the field and nearly averaging a double-double with 18.5 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. He tallied 11 points and 13 rebounds against Concordia Chicago for his first double-double of the season. Blumhorst then poured in a season-high 26 points along with 6 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals in Rockford's upset win over Lakeland.
