Junior guard Erin Ryczek (South Beloit, Ill./Hononegah) has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending January 20, 2013. Ryczek set season-highs in both points and rebounds on January 19th when she scored 28 points and got 11 rebounds. It was her second double-double of the season. For the week the junior averaged 23 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 1.0 blocks and 0.5 steals per game. She shot 46.7% from the floor and 50% from beyond the arc.
