Junior shortstop Jake Bilotta has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, April 23, 2023. Bilotta hit .526 with a .640 on-base percentage and a .737 slugging percentage out of the leadoff spot in five games last week. He had at least one hit in each game, including a three-hit and a four-hit performance. Bilotta went 4-for-6 with a double, 2 RBIs and tied the single-game school record with 5 runs scored in a 13-6 win at Dominican. He then concluded his week going 3-for-4 with 2 doubles and 2 runs scored in a 10-5 comeback win against Lakeland.
