Junior midfielder Abraham Gonzalez has been named Regent of the Week for the week ending Sunday, October 22, 2023. Gonzalez came through yet again for the Regents in a critical NACC road match this past Saturday at Lakeland. He scored the lone goal in that match to give Rockford a 1-0 win and move the Regents one step closer to securing their first ever NACC Tournament berth. It was his fourth game-winning goal of the year, which currently is tied for the second most in the conference and just one off the lead.
